Job Description
Progressive Design Build is seeking a proactive Senior Construction Scheduler to support a major water infrastructure program. This role involves managing schedules, analyzing risks, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, and understanding PDB dynamics.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and analyze cost- and resource-loaded CPM schedules
- Lead schedule planning, forecasting, and critical path analysis
- Review contractor baseline schedules and time impact analyses
- Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct delay analysis and identify schedule risks
- Interface with project teams and document schedule data
- Support earned value analysis and contribute to monthly reporting
