Senior Plumbing Designer

Stantec Buildings is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Designer to join their team in the Northeast practice. This role involves designing a broad range of plumbing systems, from conceptual design to construction documents, with the opportunity to mentor and QA/QC designs. Requirements

• Work in conjunction with the design team from conceptual design through construction documents.
• Design, size, select, schedule, and specify plumbing system components and equipment.
• Produce plumbing design documents from schematic design through construction documents using Revit.
• Develop conceptual design options, work through design concepts with design team and client.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize assignments efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other team members.
• Mentor plumbing designers, engineers, and interns.
