Job Description
We're seeking a Sourcing Specialist to play an active role in attracting and enthusing new colleagues by mapping out potential candidates and discussing their ambitions with them.

- Ability to proactively search for candidates via LinkedIn, databases, networks, and communities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze labor market developments and target groups
