Job Description
The Retail Operations Supervisor will drive sales and operational excellence by leading a team, ensuring high performance, and adhering to merchandising and brand standards. This role involves customer engagement, operational excellence, training, and administrative tasks, including cash office management and reporting. The position also focuses on health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience in retail
- 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Strength and keen eye for visual merchandising
