Job Description
The Sales Associate-Print & Services role involves delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to the success of print and customer service areas, and maintaining store standards. This includes sales, inventory management, and machine maintenance. The position requires strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
- Perform in-store print production.
- Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
