Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing will lead the company's indirect procurement function, defining and executing strategic sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and enhance supplier performance. This role involves managing a sourcing team, ensuring compliance, and advancing procurement maturity across the organization. They will also be responsible for the selection of strategic categories and the development of sourcing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Math, Finance, or other STEM field
- Professional certification (CPSM, SCMP, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Understanding of procurement processes, spend analysis, and savings tracking
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to data quality
- Ability to challenge assumptions constructively
- 10+ years business experience
