Requirements
- 1+ year of progressively responsible store management experience in retail.
- Store Operations experience, analyzing, planning, and driving results.
- Experience creating a customer-centric environment and providing solutions.
- Experience developing team performance to achieve sales and margin goals.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift/move materials and work in stressful situations.
- Honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
