Job Description
Staples is seeking a General Manager to lead a fun, team-oriented retail culture and drive sales, customer service, and team development. The role involves community relationships, merchandising, print & marketing, and business partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- 1+ year progressively responsible store management experience in retail
- Store Operations experience with analysis, planning, financial acumen
- Experience creating a customer centric environment and working in a consultative selling environment
- Experience developing a team in operational excellence
- Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range
- Ability to climb ladders and stand for extended periods
