Job Description
Assistant Managers drive sales, services and customer engagement in the store and ensure the store is ready for business. They establish customer relationships, provide total solutions to meet customer’s needs and grow the business.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry
- Experience managing and coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment
- Strong communication, organization, planning and adaptive to changing business priorities
