Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance and IPOs at a reputable law firm
- University graduate in law
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other IT-related areas
- Proactive attitude and an organised, practical approach
