Job Description
Are you an experienced paralegal with at least 3 years' experience working on M&A, IPO or Banking & Finance? Would you be interested in joining a prestigious international law firm and be a part of their energy practice?
Requirements
- Conducting legal research on companies' laws, proof reading and other document reviews
- Undertaking due diligence, helping to coordinate findings and assisting with due diligence report preparations
- Drafting ancillary documents (board minutes, Companies Registry forms, company books, etc)
- Coordinating document processes on projects, translating legal documents
- Assisting in post-completion matters, such as preparing bibles, writing up company books, and registry filings
- Other administrative and ad hoc duties from time to time
