Job Description
Our client, a market leader in crypto and digital assets, is hiring a Head of Global Risk to manage their international risk management strategy. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of ten years of risk management experience gained from global markets, trading or financial institutions, with a strong attention to detail and international people management experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of ten years of risk management experience gained from global markets, trading or financial institutions.
- In-depth understanding of crypto and liquidity/derivatives including blockchain-based settlement risks, custody structures, and counterparty frameworks.
- Excellent track record of designing and implementing global risk frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong attention to detail and international people management experience.
- Bachelors degree in finance, economics or related is preferred.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
