Job Description
Invitations to register: Legal Secretary (Litigation/Corporate M&A/Funds/General Commercial/Arbitration) to work with a leading legal and compliance recruitment firm in Hong Kong. In anticipation of increased demand for legal secretaries, Star Anise is looking for highly skilled Legal Secretarial applicants to register or update their CVs and to have the opportunity to be one of the first professionals to join one of our clients, primarily international law firms with a strong presence in China and the APAC market and leading in-house legal teams.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners, attorneys and legal staff
- Manage and organise legal documents, correspondence, and case files
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and format legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts
- Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations
