Job Description
This leading private investment company is hiring an additional Legal Counsel to provide legal support and advise management on commercial contracts. The ideal candidate is a common law qualified lawyer with at least 8+ PQE and trilingual languages (English, Cantonese and Mandarin).
Requirements
- Provide legal support to the company regarding their investments and transactions
- Advise management on general commercial contracts with third parties including suppliers and general operational contracts
- Manage the advice sought from external counsel
