HR Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the UAE
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
