Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the process engineering function, including process design, optimization, troubleshooting, and project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of process design principles, simulations, and calculations
- Experience with process design software such as HYSYS, ASPEN, or ProMax
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in mentoring and leading a team
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
