Management Operating Systems (MOS) Coach

Fuse Advisors is seeking a proactive and collaborative Management Operating Systems (MOS) Coach to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, a passion for coaching and capability-building, and an ability to drive behavioral change on the ground.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or frontline leadership
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Passion for coaching and capability-building
• Ability to drive behavioral change on the ground
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
