Engineering Team Lead

The Engineering Team Lead plays a pivotal role in guiding a team of Software Engineers who deliver core components of the StarCompliance Enterprise SaaS platform. This role balances hands-on technical contribution with people leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading and mentoring high-performing software engineering teams
• Strong hands-on expertise with the Microsoft.NET ecosystem
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML
• Strong grounding in software engineering principles, including SOLID, design patterns, and scalable architecture
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade, cloud-hosted applications
• Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies; Azure experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with PaaS, cloud infrastructure fundamentals, and SaaS operational considerations
