Job Description
STARFACE is seeking an Enthusiastic Technical Support Professional to join their expanding support department in Karlsruhe. The role involves supporting partners via email, phone, and remote support, analyzing technical challenges related to STARFACE UC products, and collaborating with development, QA, and 3rd Level. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems and contributing to the success of their partners.
Requirements
- Training in the IT/telecommunications field or corresponding professional experience
- First experience in technical customer support
- Network knowledge
- Ideally Linux experience
- Enjoyment of communication and a solution-oriented approach
- Secure German language skills in spoken and written form
