Product Owner (Payments) - Engine by Starling

Engine is a fintech software company focused on partnering with leading banks for rapid growth. They are seeking a Product Owner to drive the development of payments features within their Payments area, working closely with internal and external teams. The role involves co-ordinating with Engineering, Design, and Client Success teams to deliver impactful product improvements and ensure client support is effective.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct Product manager/owner experience, ideally in FinTech.
• Experience owning and delivering new features from start to finish.
• Comfortable leading multiple workstreams and presenting product capabilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
