Risk and Controls Manager

Starling Bank is seeking a Risk and Controls Manager to oversee the risk management and control environment within the Finance function. The role involves leading RCSA processes, designing and implementing new controls, managing operational events, and assisting in annual report preparation. The ideal candidate will be qualified and has experience working in a regulated financial environment.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with experience working in a regulated environment (Banking sector preferable, not required).
• Experience in risk management, internal controls, internal audit, or external audit, preferably from Big 4.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
