Flight Follower

As a flight follower, you will play a crucial role in the safety and efficiency of Starlink Aviation’s operations, coordinating and managing all aspects of flight operations.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, including flight planning procedures and aircraft performance limitations.
• Strong knowledge of meteorology and the ability to interpret weather reports and forecasts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective coordination with pilots, air traffic control, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency with flight planning software and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in time-sensitive and high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple flights and changing priorities.
