Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you'll shape intuitive, effective, and accessible experiences across our web and mobile platforms, influencing the direction of your product area and helping deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience in SaaS or B2B environments
• Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
• Ability to think strategically while still delivering pixel-perfect execution
• Skilled in discovery techniques: user interviews, usability testing, research synthesis, and problem definition
• Proficiency with Figma for prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity design
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities
• Clear communicator able to explain design decisions with rationale, evidence, and research insights within your team and business stakeholders
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive with a strong focus on outcomes and user value
