Head of Business Development

We are a boutique agency looking for a Head of Business Development to drive our growth by generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and closing high-value deals. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with the CEO to shape sales strategy, expand the client base, and identify opportunities for upselling and reviving existing accounts.

Requirements

• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, analyze needs, and close deals.
• Prepare proposals and pitch decks that address real client challenges.
• Maintain a transparent sales pipeline and report progress regularly.
• Collaborate with the CEO on quarterly sales strategies.
• Upsell and revive existing clients to maximize revenue.
• Propose innovative sales strategies without requiring multiple layers of approval.
• Mentor junior sales staff as the team expands.
