We are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Director to lead revenue growth across luxury and lifestyle categories. The ideal candidate brings experience in media, luxury, or lifestyle sectors, a proven track record of scaling revenue, and the ability to bridge luxury heritage with modern lifestyle and tech brands.
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in media, luxury, advertising, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing revenue with enterprise-level clients in luxury and/or lifestyle categories
- Strong expertise in digital media sales, social media campaigns (IG, TikTok, YouTube), and creative content solutions (especially video storytelling)
- Experience developing and selling integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and social-first platforms
- Strong network in Thailand, with deep understanding of market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to expand categories and open new verticals (e.g., tech, auto, lifestyle)
- Strategic, commercially driven, and data-informed mindset
- Excellent business and numeracy skills
- Extensive magazine and digital knowledge
- Extensive contacts in ad agencies and luxury/lifestyle clients across all relevant areas including investment, planning, digital and client direct
- Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills and experience of all at the highest levels to agencies and clients
- Extensive experience of commercial flair, marketing and media industry knowledge
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable with C-level engagement
- Fluent in Thai and English
