2027 Hotel Asset Management Summer Analyst

Starwood Capital's 9-week Internship Program is a highly competitive and intensive program for students, offering a unique opportunity to work with senior management, joint venture partners, and investment bankers. Summer Interns will track and analyze asset level performance, drive hold/sell analyses, and execute strategic initiatives for the hotel asset management team.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Development and/or real estate cash flow modeling experience
• Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
• A true self-starter capable of accomplishing complicated tasks with limited supervision
