ACCOUNTANT II - 43001077

We are seeking an Accountant II to join our Risk Management team in Tallahassee, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for in-house check production and printing, developing and submitting vouchers, and performing administrative duties within the Trust Fund Management Section.

Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent
• Two (2) years of bookkeeping, banking, and or cash handling experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of methods of data collection
• Knowledge of basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to analyze, review and interpret data
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with others
