Performs office work directly related to the property section and general business operations. Assists the property manager, surplus property manager, and inventory agents with processing and maintaining property surplus paperwork and filing systems.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ability to use a personal computer
- Knowledge of administrative and office principles and practices
- Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
