The position is for a Call Center Services Supervisor in the Selected Exempt Services (SES) program, responsible for supervising a call center unit and providing support services for government assistance programs. The incumbent must have detailed knowledge of the eligibility process, procedures, and applicable computer systems. The position requires at least one year of experience in a leadership role and two years of experience as a Call Center Services Representative I or an Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialist I.
