The position of Distributed Computer Systems Analyst is responsible for providing systems administration, 1st and 2nd tier support within the Desktop Operations team. The team supports the department's desktops/laptops and related peripherals.
Requirements
- Skill supporting distributed processing operations, procedures, and equipment
- Skill supporting Windows Operating Systems
- Skill supporting desktop productivity applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Accurate and efficient root cause analysis
- Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
- Knowledge of enterprise desktop deployment solutions
- Knowledge of information security best practices
- Ability to remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents
- Knowledge of Windows scripting techniques
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts
