This position requires a Nutrition Educator to provide services to clientele enrolled in the Hernando County Nutrition program for Women, Infant, and Children [WIC] Program.

Requirements

• Certify clients for participation in the WIC program
• Provide nutrition education on a group or individual basis
• Develop, monitor, and revise nutrition education plans
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate group nutrition education classes
• Review, analyze, and provide follow-up on assigned WIC operational reports
• Assist in preparation of strategic plan, nutrition education plan, and the quality assurance-monitoring program
