The Florida Department of Education (FDOE) has an open position for a Program Specialist I to perform intermediate-level work under the general supervision of the Program Specialist Supervisor II in the Communications Section, Bureau of Educator Certification, Division of Public Schools.

Requirements

• Previous contact center or customer service experience
• Knowledge of Florida State Board of Education Rules and procedures governing issuance of Educator’s Certificates and renewal of certificates
• Knowledge of the application process
• Skills in keyboarding, updating database files, operating imaging and telephone system
