Children's Legal Services is seeking a Senior Attorney to advocate for the safety and well-being of children in Florida, focusing on Chapter 39 proceedings. The role involves managing multiple cases, collaborating with investigators and case managers, and advocating for dependent children. CLS is a leader in the courtroom at each stage of a Chapter 39 proceeding.
Requirements
- Law Degree
- Minimum of 2 years bar admission
- Training Provided: Multi-week onboarding program, quarterly training (new attorneys), Annual training (high-level evidence techniques, expert witness challenges, and advocacy through technology)
- Fulfillment of all CLE requirements through webinars and live trainings
- Fulfillment of all CLE requirements through training
