Requirements
- Three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or private organization in the field of public relations, marketing, or human resources.
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, human resource management, or business administration.
- Analytical skills to analyze and interpret data and report on trends.
- Experience tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPI) related to customer retention.
- Experience working in the human resources area of a public or private organization.
- Experience using Microsoft Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Bi.
- Experience working independently and exhibiting self-motivation and a strong attention to detail.
