Job Description
The Office of the Public Defender is seeking a Public Defender to serve as a defense attorney for indigent clients and other persons in criminal and civil cases. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school and membership in the State Bar of Montana. Previous experience in criminal defense is preferred.
