Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or public administration
- Four years of professional experience in business or public administration, including one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Knowledge of public administration, agency policies and procedures, grant or contract program requirements, legislative process, basic research and statistical techniques, federal and state laws and regulations, and supervisory principles and practices
