Job Description
ODMHSAS is seeking a Mental Health Technician to provide non-professional direct care for consumers in an inpatient setting. This role involves de-escalation, client safety, and assisting in recreational and therapeutic activities. The position is a volunteer opportunity to help improve the well-being of Oklahomans.
Requirements
- MHT III – Two years of experience in providing behavioral health patient care
- MHT II – One year of experience in providing behavioral health patient care
- MHT I – No experience required
- OSBI background check
- Valid driver’s license
