Seasonal Customer Service Representative -- Tenkiller State Park

Provide customer service to internal and external customers, operate various types of telephone or communications equipment, and perform tasks such as answering phone calls, providing information, and selling merchandise.

Requirements

• One year of experience in sales, public contact work, handling and processing mail, or general office clerical work
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of methods and procedures concerning public contact, telephone procedures, spelling, punctuation and grammar, and arithmetic
• Skill to operate various office equipment including computers
• Ability to work with customers, gather data and facts, keep records, and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
