Job Description
The Human Services Case Aide II provides administrative support and client services in the Family Services Division of DCF. The position involves gathering information for case files, interacting with clients, and taking children and clients to appointments.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher
- Two years or more of full-time college coursework
- One year of full-time college coursework and one year of experience providing direct client services
- Two years or more of experience providing direct client services
