Job Description
This temporary Human Services Case Aide II position within DCF focuses on assisting Family Services Workers and the District Office with case management and client services. The role involves gathering information for case files, administrative support, client interaction, and taking children and clients to appointments. This is a temporary position, not a full-time commitment.
Requirements
- Pass background investigations (criminal record checks, DMV, and adult/child abuse registries) as required by AHS Policy 4.02.
- Valid driver's license, updated insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage car seats, small children, and navigate various conditions.
