Job Description
State Street is seeking a Core Operations Manager to oversee multiple teams within Transaction Services. The ideal candidate has experience in Trade Settlements/Trade Processing and can provide guidance & leadership to teams.
Requirements
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Collaborate with Business and Global leads to identify resources required to support & deliver transition/ change management projects
- Identify, evaluate, and track progress of project risks, issues and dependencies
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
