As a Due Diligence Lead, you will be responsible for supporting Billing from client service and relationship managers standpoint, working closely with internal stakeholders to agree on priorities, monitor progress, and deliver key issues and risks. This role is part of the Global Client Administration Team, which plays an essential role in the Chief Commercial Organization (CCO) organization.
Requirements
- Work with Client service and Relationship managers to get the fee schedule setup in Billing platforms.
- Review and track escalation Report internally to ensure any escalations are closed timely.
- Working closely with the global leadership team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and success criteria
- Fostering a culture of strategic thinking and innovation within the organization
- Facilitating communication and collaboration across various stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for reporting and analysis
- Leverage a change management methodology to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
