Financial Reporting, Assistant Vice President

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Assistant Vice President to join our team at State Street Global Services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SEC, IRS, and GAAP accounting requirements and laws as they apply to investment companies. The role involves overseeing client communication, implementing new regulatory requirements, managing team, and collaborating with operational teams globally.

Requirements

• Equivalent to a B.S. degree in Business Accounting or related field.
• Ten or more years of related management experience, preferably with a public accounting audit firm or with a financial services organization.
• Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and GAAP accounting requirements and laws as they apply to investment companies.
