Customer Success Manager (Remote, USA)

Stay Ai is a high-growth startup that provides a subscription-focused CPG platform. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help our customers achieve long-term success with our platform. As a critical part of our Customer Experience team, you'll provide exceptional ongoing strategy and recommendations to our customers and help us meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success
• Experience working within digital marketing and preferably within the Shopify ecosystem
• Excellent project management skills
• Effective collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference and email
• Curious and eager to learn
• Adaptable to change and comfortable with ambiguity
