Staff Backend Engineer

Stay AI is a high-growth startup building the foundational infrastructure that powers subscription for modern commerce brands. As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will architect and build core systems that ensure Stay operates seamlessly within Shopify's ecosystem.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing large-scale, resilient services with well-defined APIs
• Experience with Nest.js, Kubernetes, and AWS (Kubernetes, SQS, Postgres, RDS)
• Experience working with Shopify platform and APIs, especially around subscription or recurring payments
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and quality
