We develop effective solutions and tools for business promotion and support, and now we are searching for an experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our marketing team!
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, the gaming development industry with monetization (free-to-play, live ops, in-app), or other related digital sectors, excluding igaming.
- Successful track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies from scratch: from product positioning to user acquisition and building a communication ecosystem.
- Experience at a senior management level (Head / Director / CMO) is mandatory.
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically, maintaining a balance between creativity and analytics.
- Experience in discovering and testing unconventional traffic channels, with a solid understanding of digital marketing structure, influencers, and communities.
- Capability to manage a marketing team, external contractors, and cross-functional processes.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to calculate unit economics, conversion funnels, ROI, and LTV.
- Highly organized and systematic, able to build transparent processes and set measurable KPIs.
- Proactive and independent, willing to propose initiatives without external pressure.
