We are looking for a part-time office management assistant to support our team with reception tasks, organizational projects, and general office management.

Requirements

• Matriculation at a university, ideally in a business, organizational or communicative course of study
• Organizational talent with structured and reliable working methods
• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and good communication skills
• Safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
