Job Description
This Cloud Engineer role at Steampunk will focus on delivering features to support cloud migration, optimization, and deployment. The role involves designing, developing, and automating cloud-based systems, working with software development teams, and ensuring secure systems. The team focuses on providing enterprise cloud applications and infrastructure through infrastructure as code.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT field or related field and 2 years of IT experience
- At least 5 years of total experience
- 3 years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions
- 3 years of experience with Git SCM providers such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
- 3 years of experience with systems development in an Agile environment
- 3 years of experience implementing infrastructure as code and orchestration
- At least one of the below or similar certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
