Job Description
Steampunk is seeking an Integration Engineer to develop APIs and integration capabilities to connect data, services, and systems. This role involves understanding stakeholder needs, ensuring system security, performing root cause analysis, developing software updates, and providing technical documentation. Candidates with a U.S. Government Security Clearance are required.
Requirements
- Understanding of the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
- Testing and examining code written by others
- Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Identify technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop software updates and ‘fixes’
- Develop APIs and integrations using a broad range of software programming tasks
