Job Description
Steampunk is seeking a Project Manager who is a team leader with experience in Agile methodologies. The role involves delivering innovative technology solutions, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective Agile processes and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be creative, hands-on, and change agents in the Federal contracting industry.
Requirements
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employee and ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
- 4+ years managing IT projects using agile methodologies and approaches
- 4+ year experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies
- 4+ years hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to establish credibility with clients
- Experience working in a studio / human centered design approach
